Rotary Youth Leadership Awards
The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a program for young
people to encourage and assist selected youth in learning methods
of responsible and effective voluntary leadership. The program recognizes
publicly the high qualities of many young people who render service
as youth leaders in their communities and demonstrates Rotary's
respect and concern for youth. The programme consists of a three-day
seminar for candidates selected and sponsored by the various clubs
of the District.
